| Cartoonist is an image-editing tool allowing you to add a touch of humor to your pictures as well as your life. The program allows you to adjust the radius of distortion. Depending on the radius, the result of distortion will be different. Cartoonist lets you load and save images in 3 different formats (bmp, jpg, png). The program also allows you to specify different image quality when saving a file in jpg format and preserve EXIF metadata (information on the image such as date and time the image was taken, exposure time, ISO, focal length, etc).
